By using ProDeskCPA you agree to these Terms. If you are using ProDeskCPA on behalf of a firm, you represent you have authority to bind that firm.
ProDeskCPA is practice management software for CPA firms. It provides tools for client management, tax workflow, audit management, billing, document signing, and related services. ProDeskCPA is not a licensed CPA firm and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing date. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds for partial months. We may suspend access for non-payment after 3 failed attempts.
Your data belongs to you. ProDeskCPA processes data on your behalf as a data processor. You retain ownership of all client data, documents, and firm information you input. Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 90 days.
You may not use ProDeskCPA to store or process data belonging to firms other than your own without their written consent; to violate any law or regulation; to circumvent security measures; or to engage in fraudulent activity.
Engagement letters signed through ProDeskCPA are legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. ? 7001) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your clients before using electronic signatures.
ProDeskCPA's liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
