BEFORE YOU START
- You should have received an email from your accountant inviting you to the portal
- The email contains a unique magic link that signs you in (you don't need a password)
- The magic link works for 24 hours — if it expires, just ask your accountant to resend
STEP BY STEP
- Open the email from your accountant — look for the "Open My Portal" or similar button
- Click the magic link — it opens directly in your browser, signed in
- You'll see your firm's branded portal with your accountant's logo and colors
- For first-time mobile setup: download the app from the App Store / Google Play, open it, click the magic link from your email — it routes into the app
- Set up biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint) so you don't need to click email links every time
- That's it — you're in
TIPS / GOOD TO KNOW
- You don't have a password — magic links + biometric replace the need
- Each magic link is single-use — use it within 24 hours of receipt
- Your portal looks like your accountant's brand, not a generic platform
- Whatever your accountant has shared with you (engagements, documents, invoices, requests) is here
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Magic link says "expired": just ask your accountant to resend (it's one click for them)
- Email is in spam: whitelist the sender so future emails arrive in your inbox
- Mobile app shows wrong firm: uninstall and reinstall, then click your magic link freshly
