Using the mobile app

BEFORE YOU START

- Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — search for your firm's name OR the generic Provectus Client Portal app - Have your magic link from your accountant's invitation email handy

STEP BY STEP

- Install and open the app - The first time, click your magic link from your accountant's email — it routes into the app and signs you in - Set up biometric login: Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint — so you don't need email links every time - Five tabs at the bottom: Home, Requests, Documents, Invoices, Profile - Home: dashboard of pending items - Requests: things your accountant has asked you for (organizers, document uploads, signatures) - Documents: your file library, organized by year and type - Invoices: see and pay invoices - Profile: your info, biometric settings, sign out - Push notifications keep you updated when your accountant sends new requests, signs are needed, or invoices are ready - The mobile app shows your firm's brand (logo, colors, name) — not a generic platform

TIPS / GOOD TO KNOW

- Phase 1 launch: shared App Store app with per-firm branding via theming - Phase 2 (some enterprise firms): dedicated app per firm — separate App Store listing with that firm's name - Camera capture is great for paper documents — there's a built-in document scanner - Push notifications can be enabled per-event in Profile (so you're not over-notified)

TROUBLESHOOTING

- App shows wrong firm's brand: uninstall, reinstall, click your magic link freshly — JWT theming claim sometimes needs a re-auth - Biometric login isn't working: re-enable in Profile → Security; some phones require re-enrollment after iOS/Android updates - Push notifications not arriving: check phone Settings → Notifications → enable for the app
